Prototyping Process
(1) Notification of prototype details and Consultation regarding specifications
Let us know details of the applications you are having trouble with and prototypes you are considering.
Please also tell us if you have any particular punch and die specifications in mind.
(2) Proposal of ideal punch and die specifications
We propose the ideal punch and die specifications for your application.
(3) Consideration and approval of proposal details
You check the details of our proposal and give your approval if you are satisfied.
(4) Manufacture of punches and dies
We arrange the manufacturing of prototype punches and dies.
(5) Inspection, packaging, and shipment
When the prototype is complete, we measure predetermined locations and produce an inspection diagram.
Prototypes are shipped in special clear cases to avoid dents or scratches.
(6) Receipt of product
You receive the prototype and are ready to start test production.
Extra charges may apply depending on punch and die specifications and quantities.
