Let us know the type of tablet press equipment and specifications of punches you are using.
If you send your punches and dies to us, we can measure them and prepare punch drawings based on the actual items you are using.
If you are having trouble with specifications, let us know so that we can propose the ideal specifications for the formulation in question.

(2) Issuance of estimate and specification documents

Estimate and specification documents are issued for your punches and dies.
Payment conditions will be confirmed at this point.

(3) Approval of unit price and specifications, and placement of order

Order placement after approval of estimated unit price, and punch and die specifications.

(4) Preparation of punch and die drawings based on specification documents

Punch and die drawings are prepared based on specification documents.

(5) Approval of drawings

Punch and die drawings are approved.

(6) Manufacture of punches and dies

Arrangements made for manufacture of punches and dies.

(7) Inspection, packaging, and delivery

After prototype completion, predetermined locations are measured and inspection diagrams are produced.
Prototypes are shipped in special clear cases to avoid dents or scratches.

(8) Acceptance inspection and payment

Receipt of product and submission of payment.
