As an integrated manufacturing company, we have been very particular about having all of the manufacturing processes done in-house in order to produce high-quality products.
We are equipped with a wide range of machine tools and inspection instruments, which are necessary for meeting the recent strict quality standards.
For the heat treatment, which is the key to punch and die manufacturing, we have introduced a salt bath, allowing us to apply optimal heat treatment for various types of punches and dies.
