Osaka Main Factory
Our Osaka Main Factory mainly produces punches and dies used in the automobile industry.
We operate in an integrated manufacturing process, starting from purchasing materials to the finished products, utilizing the heat treatment facilities located in our affiliate company, New Heat.
With a wide range of machine tools installed, the factory is well-equipped to meet any demand from customers in a flexible manner.
We are honing our technical competence everyday in Higashi-Osaka, a town of small-scale businesses.
Miyazaki Factory
Our Miyazaki Factory mainly produces "punches and dies" for tablet tooling.
This is a factory specialized in mass production of punches and dies. We are also planning to install a heat treatment facility specialized in tablet tooling.
The factory is located in the green and leafy mountains of Nichinan, Miyazaki, and is very active as NANNO's core site for manufacturing punches and dies.
