The properties of the newly developed stainless steel material "SP520" enabled us to successfully create a punch with a rigidity (equivalent to the type K, strong type) not found in existing stainless steel punches. It is the only stainless steel punch in Japan that can be treated with a ceramic coating on its tableting surface, which makes it perfect for keeping your tableting machine clean.

- The clean type punch, as opposed to a regular iron punch, significantly reduces the formation of corrosion on the punch after it is rinsed. The clean type punch simplifies storage and quality control, reducing management costs.
